Wayne Kimmel (Managing Partner – SeventySix Capital)
Wayne Kimmel is a sports tech venture capitalist, entrepreneur, podcast host, and author. He is the Managing Partner of SeventySix Capital, the venture capital company he founded in 1999 that invests in sports, media and entertainment companies.
The Sports Business Journal named Kimmel a Sports Tech Power Player, Insider named him a Top Sports Venture Capitalist and was awarded the Most Admired CEO award from the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Kimmel was an investor in VSiN, the sports betting media network (sold to DraftKings), Vigtory, an innovative sports betting tech platform (sold to FuboTV), C360, the pylon cam company (sold to Cosm), SeamlessWeb (sold to Aramark and now public as GrubHub), Take Care Health Systems (sold to Walgreens and became their healthcare clinics), and NutriSystem. He has also sold companies to Intel, IBM, and Yahoo.
Kimmel hosts the SeventySix Capital Sports Leadership Show, a podcast featuring the industry’s top entrepreneurs, athletes, and thought leaders.
Kimmel is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and the Delaware Law School. He is passionate about innovating the asset class of sports and working to make the world a better place.
Eric Hausler (CEO – Greenwood Gaming/Parx Casino)
Eric Hausler is the President and CEO of Greenwood Racing, Inc. a privately owned, diversified gaming, entertainment and real estate company. He oversees its retail casino operations including Pennsylvania’s largest casino, Parx Casino, its online operations, which operate under the betParx brand, as well as the company’s portfolio of non-gaming real estate and investments.
Until January 2020, he was a member of the Board of Directors of VICI Properties, Inc. (NYSE: VICI), a large-cap REIT specializing in gaming and hospitality. Mr. Hausler was also a member of the Board of Directors of Alter Trading Inc., a privately owned metals recycling and logistics company from 2017 to 2020.
Until May 2017, Mr. Hausler held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISLE) having been previously promoted from Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategic Officer, respectively.
Mr. Hausler’s previous experience also includes covering the gaming, lodging and leisure industries for Bear Stearns and Co., Inc. where he was a Managing Director in Fixed Income Research and Trading, as well as positions at other financial firms. He began his career with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. Mr. Hausler holds a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and a Master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Eric Green (CIO – Penn Cap)
Mr. Green has been with Penn Capital since 1997, and as CIO, he is responsible for guiding the firm’s equity and credit strategies. Mr. Green serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s small-cap, smaller company, small-to-mid-cap, and mid-cap equity strategies. As a member of the Equity Risk Committee, Mr. Green works closely with the equity portfolio management team to contribute ideas specifically in the micro to mid-capitalization range.
Before joining Penn Capital, Mr. Green was with the Royal Bank of Scotland and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where he served as a financial analyst in the Division of Investment Management. Mr. Green is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Mid-Atlantic Region and was Co-Chairman of the ADL’s 2018 Walk Against Hate. He received a BSBA cum laude from American University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Eric serves on the Board of Directors of two public gaming companies, Full House Resorts and GAN, LLC.

Jeff Mendl (Head of Broker Dealer Sales at OTC Markets)
Jeff Mendl is responsible for broker-dealer sales and new business development related to Trading Services, OTC Link ATS, OTC Link ECN as well as the launch of firms OTC Overnight and Moon ATS trading in NMS securities. Jeff has extensive experience in the equities markets and trading applications, leveraging his prior role at Delaware Board of Trade (DBOT) where he oversaw strategy and business development including new account sales & client on-boarding. Prior to DBOT, Jeff held numerous positions within the financial services industry, including key client management roles at the National Stock Exchange and Clearpool Execution Services.
Elected in 2018, Jeff currently serves on the Executive Board for the Securities Trader Association of New York (STANY) and the STA National Board of Governors.
Jeff earned his B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University and holds the following Series 7, 24, 63 licenses.
Jason Wallach (CEO at Bruce Markets LLC)
In his role as Chief Executive Officer at Bruce Markets LLC, Jason leads the strategic direction and operations of the company’s innovative overnight trading alternative trading system (ATS) for U.S. equities. Under his guidance, Bruce Markets continues to advance trading efficiency and market access, helping to transform how financial institutions engage with overnight equity markets.
Jason is recognized for his deep expertise in market structure and trading technology. His insights on financial markets and trading innovation have positioned him as a thought leader in the evolution of electronic trading systems and market microstructure.
Prior to his role as CEO of Bruce Markets, Jason served as Head of Capital Markets at Apex Clearing Corporation (subsidiary of Apex Fintech Solutions) from May 2021 to February 2025, where he directed capital markets strategy for one of the industry’s leading clearing and custody platforms. Before joining Apex, Jason spent nearly 18 years at PDQ Enterprises, LLC and CODA Markets, Inc., serving as Chief Operating Officer for both organizations. During this time, he pioneered new trading methodologies and oversaw the development of innovative auction-based trading venues.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College. He holds several industry registrations, including Series 7, 57, 99 and 24.
Brian Hyndman (CEO at Blue Ocean Technologies)
Brian Hyndman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Ocean Technologies, LLC.
Previously, Brian was the Senior Vice President of Global Information Services for The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for the creation and dissemination of valuable information from the quoting and trading in NASDAQ OMX’s trading systems worldwide. Mr. Hyndman oversees various internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, Content Administration & Policy, and New Business Development.
He previously served as Senior Vice President of Transaction Services and was responsible for managing operations of U.S. equities trading platforms including The NASDAQ Stock Market, NASDAQ OMX BX and NASDAQ OMX PSX.
Prior to joining NASDAQ in 2004, Mr. Hyndman was the President of BRUT, an electronic communications network (ECN) that competed with the various equity markets in the U.S. He presided over the BRUT’s merger with Strike Technologies in 2000, the sale of BRUT to Sungard Data Systems in 2002 and the eventual sale of BRUT to The NASDAQ Stock Market in 2004.
Prior to joining BRUT, Mr. Hyndman served as Vice President of Execution Services for the National Discount Brokers Group, managing 120 employees. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego. Mr. Hyndman has held a variety of FINRA licenses and from the National Association of Securities Dealers, including the 4, 7, 24, 27, 53 and 63.
Moderator: Scott Richard (Global Head of Sales at S3)
Scott Richard is VP Global Head of Sales & Strategy at S3, a full-service compliance reporting and trade analytics software company, where he is responsible for overseas business development and relationship management. Scott is a 20+ year veteran in the Financial Services Industry.
His career started at CyberTrader (a division of Charles Schwab) where he led the technical support and new business development call center. Scott then moved to Nasdaq and held a variety of roles over the past 15 years, including running the Nasdaq Operations Center, selling Nasdaq proprietary Market Data, and Global Business Development and Sales for Nasdaq’s OCEAN solutions.
Scott resides with his wife and two children in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and enjoys creating craft ice cream in his spare time. To counter the effects of the ice cream, Scott is an avid Peloton rider and workout enthusiast.
