Christina Kowalski, Conestoga Capital Advisors

Ms. Kowalski joined Conestoga Capital Advisors in December 2019 as Head Trader & Operations Analyst. Prior to Conestoga, Christina was an Equity Research Analyst/Trader and Operations Manager for The Swarthmore Group and served as Senior Equity Trader at StoneRidge Investment Partners . She has over twenty years of experience in the investment industry. Ms. Kowalski received a B.S. degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. She is the affiliate contact for the Philadelphia area for STA Women in Finance and also serves on the board for Philly Girls in Motion, a non-profit in the Philadelphia area.

John Dunfee, Four Points Capital​
Vice President 2021 – 2023

John is the firm’s Institution Sales Trader. He manages the institutional sales process, internally and externally, working with colleagues, pension administrators, health & welfare administrators, and consultants with fund allocations. With 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, he has demonstrated achievements in delivering high quality sales and service. John has been able to utilize outstanding customer relations, project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to assess clients’ needs and build rewarding business relationships. John is continually growing the firm into a leading institutional sales trading firm specializing in equities, options, capital introduction, and idea generation.

George Psitos, Macquarie Investment Management
Secretary/Treasurer 2021 – 2023

George Psitos has served on the Board of Investment Traders Association of Philadelphia since 2013. George has been a Trader at Macquarie Investment Management since 2005. He is on the Global Equity trading team specializing in International securities, REITs, and ADRs. George received a Bachelors in Finance followed by an MBA in Investment Management from Drexel University.

Carlos A. Jimenez, Cantor Fitzgerald
Ex Officio 2019 – 2021

Carlos joined Cantor Fitzgerald as a Director of Trading in December 2019. He has over 25 years of experience as a Sales Trader. Previously, Carlos worked at Macquarie Capital Markets, Merrill Lynch, Susquehanna, Herzog, Heine, Geduld and Knight Capital. Carlos graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Wingate W. Grim, Head of Research, The Philadelphia Trust Company
Board Member 2022– 2023

Wingate Grim has served on the Investment Traders Association of Philadelphia’s Board since 2022. He is currently the Head of Research at The Philadelphia Trust Company. Wingate joined the company as an Equity Research Analyst in 2018 after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance. Throughout his tenure, he’s gained valuable experience trading while further developing his analytical skills. 

Ray Hally, Bancroft Capital
Board Member 2021– 2023

Ray Hally is Director of Equity at Bancroft Capital. Before joining Bancroft, Mr. Hally spent 8 years as Director of Equity at Drexel Hamilton, where he oversaw all equity trading,10 years at Goldman Sachs/Spear Leeds & Kellogg, managing a team of traders in both domestic and international securities and overseeing international risk variables including non-US trading platforms, currency fluctuation, and international settlement. A member of the NYSE from 2000-2007, Mr. Hally received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Hartford. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 55.

Michael Kinsella, Boenning & Scattergood, Inc.
Ex Officio 2017 – 2019

Mike is a Senior Vice President at Boenning and Scattergood Inc. in the Capital Markets Compliance Division. Previously he was on the Institutional Sales/Trading desk. Prior to Boenning, Mike was an equity trader at SIG and PMG Capital. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Temple University.

Jimmy Nolen, Capstone LLC
Board Member 2021 – 2023

James “Jimmy” Nolen is a former President of the Institutional Traders Association of Philadelphia (ITAP), Jimmy spent the first 19 years of his career at Janney Montgomery Scott before moving on to Drexel Hamilton in 2013 to help build out their Mid-Atlantic presence. Mr. Nolen will be tasked with helping to build out the equity execution platform while introducing Bancroft Capital’s unique blend of products and services to his clients. Mr. Nolen attended Drexel University and holds FINRA Series 7, 55, & 63 licenses.
