Long-time equity trading guy Peter Cocuzza recently retired from a 44-year career in finance, spent at PaineWebber, Oppenheimer Funds and Global Liquidity Partners.

He now walks his grandson to school by day and riffs the Stones and Petty by night, with his band Vinyl Countdown NJ.

“One of my favorite shows was when we played the NYSE trading floor during a STANY- Security Traders Association of New York event. I was upstairs on a panel, then ran downstairs, changed into my outfit, and played the set. I’ll never forget that one.”
